Most casino offers ask for more play before they pay out. Weekly cashback works the other way. DieselWin returns 10% of each week’s net casino losses, up to £500, every Monday — and it pays that money as real cash with no wagering. Of the four standing promotions, it is the simplest and arguably the most player-friendly.
What the Weekly Cashback Is
The offer is a safety net for weeks that do not go well. At the end of each Monday-to-Sunday period, the casino totals your net losses on casino games and returns 10% of that figure.
- Rate: 10% of net casino losses.
- Cap: £500 per week.
- Minimum net loss: £20.
- Paid: every Monday.
- Paid as: real cash, with no wagering.
There is no deposit to match and no game restriction on how the cashback is used afterwards. It does not replace sensible budgeting — 90% of the loss is still a loss — but it softens the bad weeks a little.
How It Works
- Play as normal from Monday to Sunday. Casino and live casino play both count towards the weekly total.
- The week closes on Sunday night. Net losses for the period are calculated once it ends.
- Check the qualifying threshold. If the net loss is £20 or more, cashback applies.
- Receive cashback on Monday. 10% of the net loss, up to £500, is credited to the real-money balance.
- Withdraw or play. Because there is no wagering, the cash is yours to use however you like.
Make sure the cashback offer is active in your account; as with all promotions on the site, check the cashier or promotions area for any opt-in the terms require.
Worked Examples
| Net loss (Mon–Sun) | Cashback (10%) | Paid Monday | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| £15 | — (below £20) | £0 | — |
| £20 | £2 | £2 cash | None |
| £800 | £80 | £80 cash | None |
| £5,000 | £500 (cap) | £500 cash | None |
| £6,000 | £600 → capped | £500 cash | None |
An £800 net loss returns £80. A £6,000 net loss would be £600 at 10%, but the weekly cap trims it to £500 — the cap is reached at exactly £5,000. Below the £20 threshold, nothing is paid.
Understanding Net Loss
“Net” is the word that does the work in this offer. The calculation looks at the whole week, not individual sessions. A player who loses £300 on Tuesday, wins back £200 on Thursday and loses another £100 on Saturday has a net loss of £200 for the week, not £400 — and receives £20 in cashback.
That has a few practical consequences:
- A winning week pays nothing. If the week ends ahead, there is no loss to refund. That is the point of the offer, not a flaw in it.
- Thresholds apply to the weekly total. Several small losing sessions that add up to £20 or more still qualify, even if no single session lost that much.
- The clock resets every Monday. Losses do not roll over. A £15 net loss one week and a £15 net loss the next do not combine into a qualifying £30.
- The cap is weekly too. One very heavy week cannot earn more than £500, however large the loss.
Because the calculation is mechanical, it is easy to check. The account history shows deposits, stakes and winnings, and the Monday payment should match 10% of the net figure, up to the cap. If it does not, the 24/7 live chat in the account area is the first port of call, with a formal complaints process behind it.
Why No Wagering Matters
On a deposit bonus, the money is not really yours until the wagering is done. With the 10x requirement on the other offers, a £80 bonus would need £800 of play first. Cashback skips that step entirely. The £80 from the example above can be sent straight to a debit card or e-wallet, subject only to the normal withdrawal process and the £20 minimum withdrawal.
That also means no maximum-bet rule and no game-contribution weighting. If you want to spend cashback on live dealer tables such as Mega Ball or Speed Baccarat, the 10% contribution rate that applies to bonus wagering simply does not come into it. Standard UK stake limits still apply: £5 per spin on slots, or £2 for players aged 18–24.
How It Fits with the Other Offers
Cashback runs in the background of everything else. Losses from weeks when you also claimed the Tuesday Wallet Boost or the Weekend Reload still feed into the weekly calculation, subject to the full terms.
Regular players also earn tiered cashback through the Pit Crew VIP programme — 3% at Idle, 5% at Cruise, 8% at Turbo, 12% at Overdrive and 15% at the invite-only Redline tier — which also carries no wagering. Full details of how the two interact are set out in the terms and conditions.

Cashback Is Not a Strategy
It is worth being clear about what cashback does. It returns a tenth of a loss — it does not make losing cheaper in any way that justifies playing more. Never chase losses on the expectation of Monday’s payment. Keep to the deposit limits set at registration, and if losses are climbing towards the cap, take that as a signal to pause. Free, confidential support is available from BeGambleAware, GamCare on 0808 8020 133 and the GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme. 18+ only.
